Logging in
Watching That is a cloud based platform and you will use a desktop browser to log in.
Receiving Your Invitation
Your Watching That administrator or support rep will create your user account on your instance. Once done you will receive an email invitation with a link to set your password, after which you are free to log in.
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes of it being sent.
Steps to Log in
Open the Invitation Email and click the Accept Invitation button.
Set Your Password (if prompted). Follow the password guidelines to ensure proper security.
Confirm & Sign In using the credentials you just created.
Home Screen. Once signed in you will see the default Home page. (Tip: Don't worry if this page appears blank. It is just that your data sources aren't active yet)
Single Sign On
Watching That supports enterprise-grade Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0. If your organisation has enabled SSO, you will log in using your existing corporate credentials rather than setting a separate Watching That password.

Troubleshooting logging in
Email Didn't Arrive: Check your junk/spam folder. Otherwise email support@watchingthat.com with your details.
Wrong or Expired Link: If the invitation link has expired or doesn't work contact support@watchingthat.com who can reset it.
Forgot your password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it.
