Navigating the platform

When you log in to Watching That, you’ll see a navigation bar at the top of the page. The modules available to you will depend on the configuration of your platform licence.

The complete list of modules are:

1. Home - The Home page is your landing area. It displays key account information and updates about the Watching That platform, a great place to stay informed on new features or changes.
   
   

2. Reports - The Reports module lets you create highly visual, impactful reports using up to date data. Reports can be shared with any user in your Watching That account, and exported to PDF for broader distribution.Templates and a no code visualisation builder make it easy to create insightful responses to data led questions, no need to know SQL or complex data query techniques.
   
   

3. Analysis - Analysis is your data workbench. It allows you to manipulate your data to uncover patterns, correlations, and deeper insights into performance. Designed for ease of use, you can surface actionable insights and explore causation without needing SQL or advanced analytical skills.
   
   

4. Inspect -The Inspect module acts as an advanced log level data viewer, a direct window into the core database behind Watching That. Every session created from your event data is available here, helping you drill down to individual records and find that needle in the haystack.
   
   

5. Monitoring - This module lets you build Anomaly and Validation monitors to keep your data and system configurations under constant watch. It helps you quickly detect unexpected changes or errors before they impact performance.
   
   

6. My Account - Here you can manage your account and organisation settings, including:

   • Email notifications

   • API integration settings

   • Team member management
