Email / CSV Data Import
Watching That can automatically ingest reporting data delivered as email attachments or CSV file uploads. This is the primary integration method for SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners where Watching That pulls your scheduled reports directly into the platform — no manual downloads or copy-pasting required.
How it works
Many SSPs and demand partners offer scheduled email reports — daily or weekly performance summaries sent to a designated email address. Watching That can receive these reports automatically, parse the data, and make it available in the Report module alongside your ad server data.
Two ways to get data in:

What you can do with it
Once imported, SSP and demand partner data appears in the Report module just like any other data source. This means you can:

Note: Email and CSV imports provide rollup (aggregated) data. This data is available in the Report module for dashboards and scheduled reporting. Analysis and Monitoring modules are not currently supported for these data sources.
Supported formats
Watching That parses standard CSV and Excel formats. Each SSP/DSP connection has a pre-configured parser that understands that platform's report structure — column mappings, date formats, and metric definitions are handled automatically.

Getting set up
Your Watching That account manager will guide you through the setup for each SSP or demand partner. The typical process is:
Identify which SSP reports you want to import — your account manager can recommend the most useful ones
Configure scheduled reports in your SSP dashboard to send to the Watching That ingestion email address (provided by your account manager)
Watching That maps the report fields to your workspace — typically completed within one working day
Data begins flowing into your Report module automatically with each scheduled delivery
For platforms where email delivery isn't available, your account manager will set up a CSV upload workflow instead.
