SpringServe Marketplace
Watching That connects to SpringServe Marketplace (SpringServe's SSP product) via their Reports API, pulling your marketplace performance data into your workspace on a scheduled basis.
Module support: Report ✓ · Analysis — · Inspect — · Monitoring —
Also using SpringServe as your ad server? Watching That has a separate, deeper integration with SpringServe Ad Server that captures log-level event data and powers Validation Monitors. See SpringServe under Ad Servers.
What data you get
The SpringServe Marketplace integration brings in rollup reporting data — aggregated revenue, impressions, fill rates, and other CTV and video marketplace performance metrics, broken down by the dimensions available in your SpringServe account.
Once connected, this data appears in the Report module, available for dashboards and scheduled reporting alongside any other connected sources.
Note on volume: SpringServe's Reports API returns up to 500,000 records per query. For very large data pulls, Watching That breaks the data into appropriate queries; your account manager can confirm the breakdown strategy that fits your reporting needs.
What you can do with it
Report: Build dashboards combining SpringServe Marketplace revenue with other connected sources in a single view
Scheduled exports: Include SpringServe Marketplace data in automated report deliveries
How to connect
To set up the integration, you'll need to provide Watching That with login credentials for a SpringServe Console user with reporting access. If you already have SpringServe Ad Server connected to Watching That, the same credentials can typically be used.
What you'll need:
A SpringServe Console email and password for a user with reporting/read access
We recommend creating a dedicated service user rather than using a personal login
Setup steps:
Contact your Watching That account manager to request the SpringServe Marketplace integration
Create or identify a SpringServe Console user with appropriate reporting permissions
Share the credentials with your Watching That account manager via your established secure handoff
Watching That configures the connection and begins pulling data — typically within one working day
Data refresh
SpringServe Marketplace data is retrieved on a scheduled basis. Reports reflect the data available through the SpringServe Reports API, typically covering the previous day's performance onwards. Your account manager can confirm the specific refresh schedule for your deployment.
